Services
Symptoms are signals, not a weakness. The body has an innate resilience and ability to heal once we uncover what is standing in its way. My job is to be the detective who actually listens intently, looks outside the box and helps you or your child find those obstacles and create the targeted, personalized care plan you have deserved all along.
A structured, root-cause approach to mental health
When you’re dealing with chronic symptoms, more information isn’t the answer.
Clarity and priority are….
My approach is grounded in looking deeper:
Getting to know you as a person- what matters most to you. Then together we….
First, we identify as many root causes as possible—not just manage symptoms without evidence
We use targeted, strategic assessments to guide decisions, including a brain and a nutrigenomic blueprint
We listen and then prioritize what matters most to you
We will create clear, step-by-step treatment protocols tailored just for you and your biology
This is not guesswork. Not a surface level or Band-Aid approach. I help people go from surviving each day with brain fog and emotional exhaustion, or neurodysregulation to understanding the biological drivers of their symptoms so that we can strive toward the ability to think clearly, focus, regain energy, and feel themselves again.

If you have been told your labs are fine but you know something is still wrong, you're not missing something. Something might have been missed. Most care focuses on managing symptoms, not understanding them, we take the time to do just that, we go deeper in our investigation. There is always so much more to the picture then is typically explored. We don’t guess, we always fully investigate, and then prioritize what really matters first.
If you are still wondering what you can learn about yourself or your child, you are exactly the person I am here for.
Explore our Treatment Modalities
My practice combines psychiatric care with many holistic and nonpharmaceutical extras, such as integrative, energetic, neuroplasticity enhancement and functional tools that address both the mind and the body, not one or the other. Below are the modalities I draw from, woven together into a plan that is personalized and built just for you.
-
Poor gut health, nutrient deficiencies, parasites, and silent inflammation are some of the biggest drivers of fatigue, low mood, anxiety, and brain fog, and they are almost never investigated in a 20-minute psychiatric visit. I order targeted functional labs, including organic acid testing, gut and microbiome panels, nutrient and mineral panels, thyroid and hormone panels, and inflammatory markers, so we are treating real data, not guesses.
-
This goes well beyond MTHFR. Nutrigenomic testing tells us the make and model of the engine we are working with, including SNPs that affect Vitamin D metabolism, glutathione production, COMT, DAO, histamine handling, and more. Nutrigenomics looks at how your genes interact with your environment and nutrition. Studying this helps uncover how the body processes key nutrients, detoxifies, provides energy, how cells methylate and support brain function. Once we see your unique blueprint, often at a cellular level, we can stop chasing mysterious symptoms and start matching the right nutrients that will support your individual biology.
-
I live in the tropics, where mold is a daily reality, and our island also lived through the Red Hill fuel spill that exposed tens of thousands of people to gasoline in their water. I have firsthand experience guiding my own family through those same exposures. Depending on your zip code and history, I will screen for mold, heavy metals such as lead and mercury, petrochemicals, and other environmental burdens that can quietly hijack mental health.
-
I do prescribe psychiatric medications when we decide they are the right tool, and I prescribe them thoughtfully. Medications are not always my first reach, and they are never the only thing on the table. Medications may alleviate a symptom, but not help your root cause if it is environmental, metabolic or there is a genetic weakness. Sometimes you may have terrain issues, nutrient deficiencies, or other issues and you may not get the immediate relief you want from medications. When we use them, you will understand why, what to expect, and what we are doing alongside them so we are not stacking one prescription on top of another to manage side effects.
-
Real change happens in real conversation. I weave psychotherapy into our visits so we are working on the thoughts, traumas, family dynamics, and stressors that live alongside biology. Sometimes that happens during a longer session, and sometimes it happens while we are running an in-office treatment such as IV therapy or an ionic foot bath (to cleanse your liver). Either way, you are heard.
-
Once we know what your body is missing or struggling to produce, I use medical-grade, high-quality supplements to fill those gaps with precision. This is not a shotgun approach; it is highly personalized based on your laboratory results and current symptoms. Every supplement has a reason to be there, and we adjust as your labs and your story evolve, while together we actively track your progress.
-
With tools like QEEG brain mapping we can actually see which areas of the brain are over firing, under-firing, or out of rhythm, and then train them with tools such as targeted neurofeedback, or interactive metronome. These are especially powerful for ADHD, ASD, anxiety, trauma, and sensory or learning differences. Where it makes sense clinically, I plan to offer remote brain training options so families or working parents can do the work at home. Your time is valuable; I absolutely respect that!
-
When labs reveal real deficiencies, infections, or toxic burden, IV therapy lets us move faster than oral supplements ever could. I use IV therapy to restore key nutrients, support detoxification of heavy metals or mold, and help patients feel meaningfully better in a shorter window. While the IV is running, we can also do psychotherapy, because your time is precious.
Appointment Types
I keep my schedule simple, so we have time to do real work together.
Initial Evaluation
This is where we lay the foundation. I review your intake paperwork, take a full history, talk through your symptoms, lifestyle, sleep, diet, and exposures, and start mapping out the right labs and next steps. Where appropriate, we can include an in-office experience such as an ionic foot bath, so you leave with momentum on day one!
60-90 minutes | $250 -$275
Long Follow-Up
A 45-minute visit for the deeper work. We review your symptoms and lab results, discuss medication and supplement options, do psychotherapy, or may include an add on in-office treatment or targeted intervention.
45 minutes | $195
Short Follow-Up
A focused 30-minute visit for medication management, brief check-ins and coaching on your plan, and small adjustments to supplements, nutrition, or lifestyle as we go.
30 minutes | $150
If you are not sure which appointment fits your situation, reach out and we will help you choose.
